Particularly good location in block of flats behind supermarket. Extremely spacious and nice styled unit with coffee/tea making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware...

We booked double room with inner courtyard view. It was just off Verona and the center of Verona, unbeatable and excellent location overall. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Verona Historical Centre district.

The a double room I had was modern. The location was marvellous and excellent, for example, Juliet's House was within walking distance of the hotel.

cleanliness and modern facilities. Laura - who welcomed us - was very helpful with directions and gave great tips about the city. The location of Living Arena is perfect - with short distances to the Roman Arena - Castelvecchio Bridge, and Juliet's home.
Would definitely recommend.

the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. the check-in instructions were clear, making it easy to find the property. the staff, especially Laura, were extremely helpful and attentive. Laura spoke excellent English and guided us through every step, from the gate to our spacious and modern room. the queen bed was comfortable and the room was clean and stylish. We also appreciated the coffee machine in the room. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the Roman Arena, Ponte di Castelvecchio, and Juliet's home. Thank you again to Laura for her enthusiasm and great tips for exploring Verona. Cons: Was all great 😊.

Spacious and clean room, with a modern touch that may not be to everyone's taste. The manager was fantastic and went out of her way to accommodate us, providing a map and recommendations for our stay. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all major sites. The parking was also convenient for being so close to the historic district. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and prime location.

Stunning Panoramic Views: The newly renovated apartment offered breathtaking panoramic views, stretching from Lake Garda to the Padana plain, and even on clear days, extending to the Apennines. It was like being immersed in a painting!
Lack of Cooking Facilities: It would have been nice to have basic cooking facilities and equipment in the room, considering it was effectively a one-room apartment.
